About Photoplay

Photoplay is a boutique creative agency since 2020. 

The name “Photoplay” was inspired by one of the first American film fan magazines.  

We would interpret “Photoplay” as telling the story by each frame. Every frames mean much to us while we live, play and remember in our meaningful life. Believing in stories that we would like to share, tell, treasure and be widen in different creative forms while much scenery shouldn’t be missed and forgotten.

We are inspired by the limitless potential of storytelling in all forms. We are a collective of strategists, creators, filmmakers, photographers and designers, creating content across all mediums – 

digital, television, live activation & events, publishing, advertising and art. 

We focus on innovative, quality creation whilst striving to create inspiring home for creative talent. 

We believe in a world that is experimental, creative and loved. 

No matter the medium, we are interested in great ideas creating from Hong Kong above anything else to speak to our homeland and foreign friends.
